Vassilikos, the village

As you can see on the map, the Vassilikos area is stretched from Zakynthos (Zante) town towards the south to Gerakas. Most village houses are built along the coastal road and this is where most appartments are available. Rayman Property Services can arrange houses in the vicinity of the beach as well as in the hills of the peninsula, which are more luxuous and quiet most of the time.

Vassilikos is still not overcrowded with people in summer time. It is an agricultural area, famous for it's long and sandy beaches and a large number of beach bars. Pools are often available for free. Especially in spring and autumn this place is beautiful and relaxing; most tourists have gone but all nice restaurants and bars are open and very friendly and dedicated towards their customers: they have more time for you and they will spend it!
